Naomi has never paid a bit of attention to what's under the couches. Since starting the diet she's definitely more aware and isn't just flitting from one place to the other leaving a path of destruction. She's actually trying to figure things out. We've always hidden things under the couch from her. Two days ago she figured that out! She pulled up the skirt on the couch and found a beloved and noisy toy, pulled it out and aggravated the dog for a good 30 minutes. Then went around to the rest of the furniture in the room looking under cushions and everything. It was kind of like "what else are you people keeping from me!". Today she crawled under the love seat and laid there until I started worrying she may have found a Pop Tart or something! So I looked and no, she was just laying there. I think she was stuck but it hadn't occurred to her yet to make noise so I'd know she needed help.
Doesn't she look so grown standing there! She's 2 years and 8 months now. She's 36 inches tall and weighs 12.9 KGs or 28.4 pounds.

Wow, Jade and Naomi really are close! When we measured her on October 13, she was 36-3/4 inches and weighed 12.7kg. (She was down to 11.8kg on Monday -- yikes! -- but maybe it's because of our scale.) Is Naomi's hair ever long!
