I recently signed up for the Yahoo Ketogenic support group and what a wealth of information!! It's so nice to know there's others out there struggling with the same issues, ketones, meds etc..
There's also files that tell about different things you need to know while on the diet. Lots of support from people who have already been where we're at.
So glad I went over there and signed up.
